Hearing aid - What does the information bag contain? When you come to us to get your hearing aid, you will also receive a bag with all the information which you need. In the bag, you will find an ordering card for your batteries, and if your device uses any tubes, we help you check off the right places. If your device needs any extra parts such as rubber globes, or domes as we say, or it could be filters, then there is an ordering card for this. It looks different from company to company. And we will help you again to check off all the right places. If you need extra aids, for example at home for your TV or for hearing your phone or in connection with your work, then it is your local hearing consultant whom you should contact in the municipality where you live. There will always be a brochure which says how you maintain the hearing aid that you have. Finally, there is a card from us where we congratulate you on your new hearing aid. This will include the date of delivery. It says that blue means left. Red means right. We check off which battery size you should use, and here is also the number where you order your batteries. There is a four-year warranty on your hearing aids, and you can contact us during this entire time if you need us. This may be if your hearing changes or if there are problems with the plug. There is right of return during the first two months. This means that if you do not feel that it is the right solution for you, then we need to hear from you no later than within two months. On the reverse side, we check off in which of the three registers in the region you have received your hearing aid. It states the companies so that you have the possibility of sending your device in for repair, if it does not work as it should. There are some steps which you can follow. Send it with registered mail so that you can send it in quickly and safely. Enjoy your new hearing aid.
